Frances M. Jaquith, 100, formerly of Blue Eye Road, Spring Creek, PA, died Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at the Rouse Home in Youngsville, PA.

She was born October 2, 1921 in Meadville, PA daughter of the late William and Pearl Anderson Daniels.

Frances moved to Corry as a young girl and attended Corry schools. She had been employed at Corry Memorial Hospital for a short time. Along with her husband, she owned and operated a dairy farm for thirty years and a milking machine equipment business from 1957 until the late 1990s.

She attended Spring Creek Congregational Church and was also a member of the Raymond Retirees Social Group, a former member of the Spring Creek VFD Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed going on walks and traveling.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Jaquith, whom she married October 25, 1941, in Corry, PA, one daughter, Marjorie Lillie; four sisters, Florence Barringer, Phalla Daniels, Freda Engle and Dorothy Walton; five brothers, William, Walter, Charles, Richard and James Daniels and one grandson, Steven Jaquith.

Frances is survived by one daughter, Barbara Bailey and her husband Eugene of Garland, PA, one son, Frank Jaquith and his wife Martha of Greenville, SC; six grandchildren, Candace Brown (Jim), Jerry Baker (Amanda), Sam Bak-er (Kayla), Marie Jones (Steve), Susan Braswell and her companion Joe Hazeltine and Lynn Seay; 26 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, including Terry, Connie and Kenny, whom she raised.

Family and friends are invited to call at Bracken Funeral Home, 315 N. Center St., Corry, PA, on Thursday from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. Also on Friday from 11 am until the time of the funeral service there at 12 noon. Rev. Tim Smitley will officiate.

Burial will be in Spring Creek Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations be made to the Spring Creek Congregational Church, old RTE 77, Spring Creek, PA 16436 and the Spring Creek Sportsmen Club, 611 Turner Hill Road, Spring Creek, PA 16436.
